Diet is called one of the most effective methods for treating any patient and even for any healthy person. A variety of alternative diets are offered for treating cancer, cardiovascular disease, and food allergies. Basically most of the diets focus on eating fresher and freshly prepared vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes. Allergy to food has become a major area of research.

Diet and nutrition products have helped countless individuals maintain a healthier lifestyle, by providing essential vitamins and minerals in an otherwise poor diet. Diet and nutrition is important for everyone but it is especially important for runners, or for those who exercise vigorously. If you are dieting, you are ill, or you are regularly eating a fast-food diet, you should be especially concerned about what you and your family are getting as proper diet and nutrition from your food.

Nutrition is important for everyone because food gives our bodies the nutrients they need to stay healthy, grow, and work properly. In 2005, the government's revised Dietary Guidelines for Americans introduced the term "nutrient density," which sounds complicated but simply refers to how much nutrition a food provides. Nutrient density is especially important when overall nutrition and health is considered.

A healthy diet is one that is arrived at with the intent of improving or maintaining optimal health. Nutritionists generally recommend eating a wide variety of foods when dieting; however, some groups of people survive on a very limited diet, and maintain both their health and weight. The traditional Eskimo diet, for example, depended heavily on meat, but Eskimos ate nearly the entire animal; including internal organs - organ meats are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Tips for Healthy Diet:

1. Xnthones: Xnthones are a new classification of antioxidants. Antioxidants work to balance harmful free radicals in our bodies that may contribute to long-term health challenges.

2. Vitamins: Studies have shown that 1000 iu's of Vitamin D3 daily can reduce your risk of some major cancers by 25 to 50%.Vitamin C and antioxidants can indeed inhibit the growth of some Tumors. Also Vitamin C protects against cataracts not to mention cardio-vascular disease and the common cold to list a few. Vitamin A is a group of compounds that play an important role in vision, bone growth, reproduction, muscles, lungs, blood and other specialized tissue. Vitamin A helps regulate the immune system, which help prevent or fight off infections by making white blood cells that destroy harmful bacteria and viruses.

3. Minerals: Just like Vitamins, minerals help your body grow, develop, and stay healthy. The body uses minerals to preform many different functions-from building strong bones to transmitting nerve impulses. Some minerals are even used to make hormones or maintain a normal heartbeat.

4. Diet: The four basic food groups of dairy, meat, vegetables, and fruit are things of the past.

5. Water: The human body is two thirds water. The human body can live for more than a month without food, but only a few days without water.

6. Exercises: Being active for 30-60 minutes a day can help you build strength and fitness, relax and reduce stress, gain more energy, and improve your sleep.
